UNILEVER FOOD SOLUTIONS marketing and sales team aimed to launch Knorr Liquid Chicken Meaty Sauce successfully with the Thai food operators. The big question was how to change the Thai food operators’ perception and behavior of using the liquid seasoning product to replace their existing seasoning powder which they were usually familiar.
We helped our client to endorse the new product by using a famous and professional chef to proof the new product format was easy to apply in various Thai foods, including it provided a high-quality taste and quality. We created a key message called a ‘Golden Drop’ – the drop of deliciousness which represented the concentration of the product.
